Taking a little of the existing laundry space meant we could create a big scullery and a modern kitchen with loads of space and top-of-the-range appliances.
Matt & Cara replaced a window with a feature splashback window. This really allowed the kitchen to connect to the outdoor space and gave the room loads of extra natural light. The owners loved this great design alternative to traditional tiles.
Engineered timber flooring flowed seamlessly from the kitchen to the family living area and the louvred light and white finishes gave the space a truly coastal feel.
Matt & Cara replaced the 80s bathroom with a simple, modern design featuring white gloss subway tiling complemented with James Hardie cladding, smart Highgrove fixtures and freestanding bath.
